How to Stay Active Wherever You Are

"Don't become too vested in reaching your ultimate goal. Be open to learning, no matter the results, and enjoy your journey toward healthy changes." — Kristin S. Vickers, Ph.D., L.P.

Stay active wherever you are
Whether you are gearing up for a spring getaway in the coming weeks or have to travel frequently for work, it's important to stay active wherever you are. Move as much as possible and explore the sights in a new environment by hiking, biking, walking or running. Bonus: Staying active will encourage healthy-eating choices, too. Think about how nice it will be to come back from your trip feeling just as good as when you left — if not better!

Today's Birthday Horoscope:
March 01, 2018
Born today, you can thank your lucky stars that you are one of those rare individuals who seems to have it all. While what you have going for you may be specifically unique to you, all those who encounter you will recognize it almost at once, so strong is your aura and the energy you send out to the world at large. You are creative, driven and something of a visionary; you are able to do what others have been unable to do -- and do it well! Indeed, you are likely to pave the way for a great many who come after you, and your ability to inspire those around you is perhaps unequaled by anyone else under a sign known for its inspirational figures! Though you are unique, you are able to work very well with others -- and indeed you prefer to do so, rather than spend your hours alone. Success won by a group that you lead is far more meaningful to you than any solo success you may enjoy.

You are always yourself, and you always let others be themselves as well -- and that, to you, is what makes the world the grand and glorious place that it is. You believe that being untrue to oneself, or insisting that other people conform to that which is in some way untrue, is the surest way to disaster, large or small.
